Dr Swami Vivekanand Yadaw and his younger brother Er. Dharmendra Yadaw founded this trust on the name of their mother Smt Madhuri Yadaw. She is a retired primary school teacher. The first institute of Madhuri Sewa Nyas is in the name of his father. His mother and father both are alive and see financial matters of Madhuri Sewa Nyas.

This trust is establishing 21 Professional and Vocational Training Institutes.
Till the date,

One 60 beds capacity community hospital has been started in Khagaria District Head Quarter.
One Nursing Training Institute with 60 seats capacity has been constructed under norms of Nursing Council of India.
